The environment:
Nestled between the St Charles SNCF train station (less than 17 minutes on foot, 5 by transport) and the Longchamp Palace (7 min walk) the location is ideal both for its tranquility but also for its proximity to the city center.
The Palais Longchamp and its gardens as well as its 2 museums of fine arts and natural history are open every day from 7 a.m. / 7:45 p.m. (free access to the park).
The Friche de la Belle de Mai as for its high cultural and sporting place in Marseille is only a 15-minute walk away.
The city center and the famous "Canebiére" artery as well as the historic sites are easily accessible on foot 15 minutes also and of course by public transport (Tramway, bus, metro)
The joliette (MUCEM) and basket districts are accessible on foot in less than 30min or very easily served by the tram with a stop only 5min walk from the apartment.
For swimming lovers, the municipal swimming pool "St Charles" is not far away and the beaches are less than 30 minutes away by public transport.
The 1st arrondissement is at the hypercenter of the city, and is the beating heart of the Phocaean city.
It houses many historic buildings, including the Church of the Mission of France, the Church of Saint-Théodore, the Maison du Figaro or the Hotel Pesciolini. The Jardin des Vestiges, discovered in the 20th century, houses the remains of the ancient port of Marseille, and a quiet and pleasant place to walk. The atmosphere is warm and lively! You will find many typical restaurants of the Old Port, while having at your disposal shopping streets such as Rue de la République or Rue Paradis.
Public transport very present in this area makes all parts of the city accessible.

A rental contract will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed, a copy of an identity card in the name of the reservation will also be requested, as well as a deposit to be paid with our partner Swikly, in pre-authorization only. If the deposit cannot be paid by card (credit card only), the reservation should be cancelled, and there will be a cancellation fee accordingly according to the rental conditions. Festival events are strictly prohibited, the rules are strict in relation to this.
