The space

Very nice townhouse, quiet and elegant, completely renovated, T3, less than 10 minutes walk from the beaches! 2 bedrooms: a double bed in the first and 2 bunk beds in the other, a living room with a large convertible comfort sofa, a dining table, a beautiful equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with bathtub. There is a washing machine, a good wi-fi to be able to telework, a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube etc...

The entire house is available to travelers. The terrace is private.

We are discreet, but remain at the full disposal of our travelers until 7 p.m. For the evening you can write to us on the messaging of the reservation platform.

The neighborhood

Pointe Rouge / Vieille Chapelle district, very pleasant to live in.

The first beach is a 6-minute walk away.

All amenities on foot (bakery, tobacco, butcher, supermarket, shopping center, restaurants, pharmacy, primeur...).

Beautiful walks to do along the beaches to the Corniche, facing the islands of Friuli and the sea.

Getting around

The bus stops next door: lines 44 and 45 serve the Pastré parks, Borély, the velodrome stadium, the Prado roundabout... a little further, red tip, another bus line serves the stops to the Goudes.

Other things to note

Reservation requests are managed by the concierge, and a deposit via the Swilky service will be required, to be paid by credit card only. Event parties are strictly prohibited, the rules are very strict in relation to this.
