The Marseille Opera House is located right next to the apartment. The Opera district is situated just behind the Old Port of Marseille, offering a privileged location where everything is within walking distance.
The apartment is near the Old Port, ensuring an ideal and safe location in Marseille: the starting point for boat trips to the islands, 100m from the Tourist Office, numerous local shops (a supermarket 30 meters away open until midnight), and close to transportation (next to Vieux Port metro station and 2 metro stops away from Saint Charles train station). Many restaurants are within walking distance, and you will also be close to shops and tourist attractions: MUCEM, the Panier district, and the starting point of the little train to Notre-Dame de la Garde.

A rental agreement will be sent to you and must be signed and returned with a copy of an identification card in the name of the reservation. A security deposit is also required and should be paid through our partner Swikly by pre-authorization on your credit card. If the deposit cannot be paid by card (credit card only), the reservation will have to be canceled, and cancellation fees will apply according to the owners' rental conditions. Parties and events are strictly prohibited; there are strict rules regarding this matter.
