📍 The environment:
Nestled between the St Charles SNCF station (less than 6 minutes walk), the famous Canebière and the Longchamp Palace (10 minutes walk) the location is ideal both for its tranquility but also for its proximity to the city center.
The Palais Longchamp and its gardens as well as its 2 museums that of fine arts and natural history are open every day from 7 a.m. to 7:45 p.m. (free access to the park).
The Friche de la Belle de Mai, when it is a cultural and sporting place in Marseille, is only a 15-minute walk away.
The city center and the famous artery of the "Canebière" as well as the historic sites are easily accessible on foot at 15 minutes also and of course by public transport (Tramway, bus, metro) The neighborhoods of the joliette (MUCEM) and the basket are accessible on foot in less than 30 minutes or very easily served by the tram with a stop only 5 minutes walk from the apartment. For swimming lovers, the municipal swimming pool "St Charles" is not far away and the beaches are less than 30 minutes away by public transport.
The 1st arrondissement is in the hypercenter of the city, and is the beating heart of the Phocaean city.
It houses many historic buildings, including the Church of the Mission of France, the Church of Saint-Théodore, the Maison du Figaro or the Hotel Pesciolini. The Jardin des Vestiges, discovered in the 20th century, houses the remains of the ancient port of Marseille, and a quiet and pleasant place to walk. The atmosphere is warm and lively! You will find many typical restaurants of the Old Port, while having at your disposal the shopping streets such as Rue de la République or Rue Paradis.
Public transport very present in this area makes all parts of the city accessible.

To get around the city center we advise you to go there either on foot if you like to walk, or by tram or by vélib. You also have the metro that drops you off at the Old Port.

A rental contract will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed with a copy of the identity card in the name of the reservation, as well as a deposit to be paid with our partner Swikly, by bank pre-authorization only. If the deposit cannot be paid by card (credit card only), the reservation should be cancelled, and there will be a cancellation fee accordingly according to the owners' rental conditions. Event parties are strictly prohibited, the regulations are strict in relation to this.
